Radiologic Technologist
CCMH has a FT position opening for a Radiologic Technologist.
Qualified candidates filling this position will be responsible for performing routine to complex diagnostic procedures within scope of radiology practice and skill level to produce quality images of all anatomical structures for interpretation by Radiologist.
Job Responsibilities:
-Obtaining and ensuring quality X-rays and CT exams; operating radiology department equipment effectively, efficiently, and safely and performing timely Q/A testing as necessary.
-Identifying, preparing, and positioning patients for procedures appropriately using established diagnostic imaging protocols and procedures
-Reviewing provider orders/requisitions, verifying demographics and appropriate clinical data to ensure correct procedure is performed each and every time.
-Assisting in maintaining required supplies needed to complete radiologic services
-Cooperating with other personnel to achieve departmental and facility objectives
-Maintaining good customer relations, and excellent patient care standards.
Qualifications:
-Qualified candidates must possess a Radiologic Technologist certification with registration through the ARRT.
-BLS certification
36-hour shift/week may be available
