Senior Life Solutions is a Geriatric Intensive Outpatient Program dedicated to addressing the emotional and behavioral health needs of older adults suffering with one or more of the following:●Crying
●Coping with Loss
●Hopelessness
●Decreased Energy
●Loneliness
●Feeling overwhelmed
●Adjustment to change
●Difficulty Sleeping
●Restlessness
●Low Self-Esteem
●Sadness
●Loss of enjoyment
Senior Life Solutions provides emotional and behavioral health treatment services including: individual, family and group therapy, medication management, health education and support, individualized evaluation and treatment planning, discharge planning and after-care, in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Senior Life Solutions is a supplementary therapy and as such will work with each patient's primary care provider to ensure the highest level of continuity of care and collaboration.
Senior Life Solutions program staff includes a Medical Director who is also a board - certified Psychiatrist, Licensed Therapists, a Registered Nurse and other trained professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. A doctor's referral is not necessary.
